The AMC X1616e is a comprehensive 16-zone smart home audio controller designed to deliver high-quality sound across multiple rooms. The AMC X1616e provides flexibility in audio input selection. Installation is streamlined, facilitating straightforward connectivity between the main unit and individual zones.

The system employs AMC's proprietary two-way digital data communication, ensuring reliable interaction between the main unit and remote sources. Each zone features independent volume and tone controls, enabling personalized audio settings to suit individual preferences. Additionally, the X1616e includes an optional doorbell and telephone mute system (PDM1) and offers an RS232 interface for integration with other systems, enhancing its versatility in smart home environments.

For user convenience, the system is equipped with IR remote control receivers in 8 zones, allowing control of the main unit and remote sources from different locations. Each zone also provides RCA, 3.5mm mini-jack, and RJ45 remote source input jacks, accommodating a wide range of audio devices.
