About the NuPrime-X MCX-800MZ
The NuPrime-X MCX-800MZ is an eight-channel multizone amplifier built from four stereo modules, each with its own Adaptive Voltage Switching power supply and an integrated amplifier with high-speed gate driver error correction. It can drive eight independent channels, or feed one stereo signal to four pairs of speakers for multizone audio, and can be linked to a second MCX-800MZ. In NuPrime's Adaptive Voltage Switching power supply, the amplifier's output signal feeds back into the supply's servo power stage, changing the voltage that supplies the power stage. NuPrime describes the result as more detail at low levels and more power at high volume.
