About the Silent Angel Bonn N8S
Silent Angel Bonn N8S is a compact audiophile network switch built on the Bonn N8 platform, with added fiber-optic connectivity. Bought from HiFi Boutique, an authorized Silent Angel dealer, it comes with a USA-based warranty and local dealer support.
Fiber-optic isolation
Two optical Ethernet connections support up to 10 Gbps. Because fiber carries no electrical signal, it helps stop conducted network noise travelling between connected components. Optical modules (GBIC) are required and are not included.
Power
N8S runs from 12 V / 1 A DC and can be upgraded with the Forester F1S, which has a dedicated N8S output, or the Forester F2 or Forester FX.
