About the Volumio Lineo5

Volumio Lineo5 replaces the stock switching adapter of a Volumio streamer, transport or DAC with a low-noise linear power supply. Bought from HiFi Boutique, an authorized Volumio dealer, it comes with a USA-based warranty and local dealer support from HiFi Boutique.
Sensitive digital circuitry and clocks benefit from a steadier source of current, and Lineo5 is Volumio's own answer for one component at a time.
What Lineo5 delivers
Lineo5 supplies 5 V DC at up to 5 A through a 5.5 × 2.1 mm barrel, tip positive, the same connector the Volumio components use. Input is switchable between 110–120 V / 60 Hz and 220–240 V / 50 Hz, and maximum consumption is 90 W at full load.
Chassis and accessories
The linear circuit lives in an aluminum chassis with integrated side heatsinks. In the box you get Lineo5, AC power cables for the US, EU, UK and AU/NZ, and an output cable to the 5.5 × 2.1 mm barrel.
Lineo5 or Lineo5 Duo
Lineo5 has one output and powers one component at up to 5 A. If you run a transport and DAC together, such as Rivo Plus and Preciso, Lineo5 Duo powers both from one chassis with two independent outputs at up to 4 A each.
