About the Volumio Lineo5 Duo

Volumio Lineo5 Duo powers two Volumio components from one linear supply, replacing two switching adapters and their cables. Bought from HiFi Boutique, an authorized Volumio dealer, it comes with a USA-based warranty and local dealer support from HiFi Boutique.
It is the natural power upgrade for a transport and DAC stack, such as Rivo Plus with Volumio Preciso.
Two independent outputs
Each 5 V output is independently regulated and filtered and delivers up to 4 A, so the two components do not share a single regulated rail. Outputs connect through 2-pin GX-16 cords to the 5.5 × 2.1 mm barrel, tip positive, used across the Volumio range.

Running a single component? Lineo5 powers one device at up to 5 A. Lineo5 Duo makes sense once a second Volumio box joins the system, and it keeps the rack tidier than two separate supplies.

Power supply engineering
A toroidal transformer and 40,000 µF of bulk capacitance provide a deep reserve, with residual noise of 20 µV. Dual linear regulation sits in an aluminum chassis, and maximum consumption is 120 W. Input is AC 110–120 V / 60 Hz or 220–240 V / 50 Hz. In the box: Lineo5 Duo, four AC power cables (EU, US, UK and AU/NZ) and two output cables.
